now live in Mount Gambier with my partner and three young children.

I consider myself a holistic practitioner & pride myself on identifying the right solutions for your individual needs.
I have completed additional studies in many areas, including a post-graduate certificate in diabetes education, as well as training in eating disorders, positive psychology, irritable bowel syndrome, breastfeeding support, motivational coaching and the 'Non-Diet' approach.
I have also received funding to complete an accredited sports dietitian course in 2024 which is very exciting, with lots of local sporting groups and athletes.
